When the download completes, the console window will print the output directory of the download.
At the bottom of the new console window, input the following command, then hit Enter: download_depot 636450 636451 3854387633842315554.
You'll notice a new menu option - CONSOLE.
Run the following command: steam://run/console.
With Steam running, open the Windows Run window (WIN+R).
